Natalie Judelson

 
 
 

Natalie Judelson has been dedicated to education and mission-driven organizations for her entire career. Natalie graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University, majoring in International relations, and then earned her law degree at Boston College. She practiced law in New York City for many years at Chadbourne & Parke, Shearman & Sterling, and Societe Generale. While taking time away from her law career raising her three children, she became very involved in independent school life which eventually led to the formation of NSJ Consulting where she consults with not-for-profit entities on fundraising, outreach and organization. She then spent 14 years, first as the inaugural Director of Advancement and then as the inaugural Assistant Head of School at the International School of Brooklyn, a Prek- 8th grade, 375-student International Baccalaureate language immersion independent school. At ISB she was the senior leader overseeing all administration and creating programs for all aspects of school life, including professional development for all staff, advancement, admissions, marketing, business and human resources, facilities, and afterschool programming. Natalie also created the school’s DEIJ team and hired and co-led the school’s DEIJ activities and commitments with the Director of Diversity.

Natalie has served on several Boards including seven years on the executive board of Village Community School (where all three of her children attended) as well as The New Shul, and Electric Pear Productions. Natalie enjoys spending her free time with her two beagles, reading, cooking and spending time at the beach working with her husband on their co-developed product, Amagansett Sea Salt.
